The expedition in the footsteps of Miklukho-Maklay is a joint project of the ITM club and the Russian Geographical Society
Route: Jakarta – Bogor – Sorong – Raja Ampat – Makassar – Toraja – Singapore
You will drive along the route of one of the most famous Russian scientists who left a bright mark in world history and do it in the company of Maria Vladimirovna Stanyukovich, head of the Department of Ethnography of Australia, Oceania and Indonesia, whose exhibits collected in expeditions are stored in the Kunstkamera!
On this expedition, you will visit museums and cultural centers, botanical gardens, natural and cultural landscapes, explore the nature of a still wild region, immerse yourself in the life of tribes whose foundations amaze a resident of the metropolis.
