Sochi Park Hotel launches the all-inclusive system for the first time

Sochi Park Hotel, popular with tourists, is switching to the all-inclusive concept for the first time. It will start working at the hotel on April 8, 2024. Thus, the hotel will become the largest hotel facility in Russia operating under the All Inclusive. We found out what is included in the “all inclusive” in the iconic Sochi hotel.

It should be noted that the All Inclusive system remains the most popular concept among Russians not only in outbound, but also in domestic tourism, especially in the format of family holidays with children.

It is significant that according to the statistics of the tour search system, “Fly.“, “all inclusive” consistently ranks first among all types of food that tourists are looking for in Russian resorts – all year round. Even in low season, the share of users who choose their holidays in Russia by setting an all-inclusive food filter stays at 26-28%, and in summer these figures jump to 36-37%.

Recently, experts say, the share of hotels switching to “all inclusive” is growing, but the demand is much greater than the supply. Despite the fact that Sochi is the most popular resort in the Krasnodar Territory, there is a significant shortage of all-inclusive hotels compared to Anapa.

“The popularity of the all-inclusive format is difficult to overestimate: the Russian tourist has long loved and appreciated it. Following the demand, Sochi Park Hotel decided to implement All Inclusive. Of course, it’s not just about food and drinks: we will offer the guest the widest possible range of services, which is included in the accommodation, as well as a daily animation and show program with performances, games, activities, concerts and parties,” the director of marketing and sales of Sochi Park Hotel told Vestnik ATORYana Korolkova.

Other food options for guests at the hotel also remain available for booking, she stressed.

Market experts find the decision of one of the largest hotels in Sochi to introduce a new service format logical.

“The All Inclusive system is economically the most relevant and profitable for large hotel complexes with their own territory. The economy of the format is linear: the more guests there are in the all-inclusive hotel, the cheaper the cost of the dish. The most illustrative example is the large hotels in Turkey with 800-1000 or more rooms, which provide a huge variety in food and services, while due to the scale, the cost of all this is lower than in small facilities. Therefore, for the Sochi Park Hotel with its 2,880 rooms, the decision to introduce such a format looks logical,” emphasizes Alexey Vysokanov, founder and manager of the Atelika and Marvelous World hotel chains.
