The renovated Romantic hotel complex on the territory of the Arkhyz resort (Karachay-Cherkessia) will open on the eve of the New Year holidays. The renovation of the complex is carried out by the Samson Group of Companies, the complex will be managed by the MANTERA Group.
During the renovation of the complex, the halls and lobbies, the decoration and equipment of hotel rooms, the infrastructure of hotels were completely renovated, and a full-fledged SPA center was created. The total number of rooms, located in 2 buildings (“Romantic-1” and “Romantic-2”), is 143 rooms of different categories, a total of 384 accommodation places.
The infrastructure of Romantic Group includes a restaurant, a lobby bar, a SPA area and a conference room. Additional services include parking for guests and a storage room for sports equipment.
The opening of the renovated complex after renovation will take place on December 25, 2024.

Renovation of Romantica is our first project in the Arkhyz resort. We have made the interiors more modern and interesting, provided for different visual concepts in each of the buildings, revised the layout and organization of public spaces. The interiors of the rooms in the two buildings are decorated in original visual styles reflecting the different characters and moods of the guests: the rooms “Romantic-1” are dominated by bright saturated colors, creating an atmosphere for fans of extreme sports and drive, and “Romantic-2” is a calm modern classic for those who appreciate comfort and coziness.

“Romantic will be the first facility managed by Mantera in the Arkhyz resort and the North Caucasus Federal District. Modern design and thoughtful ergonomics of the space have significantly improved the hotel. It is important to say that the facility is located next to the central roll-out area, which has always made it very popular among vacationers. And taking into account the recent renovation, we are sure that the complex will attract even more new guests.”
The Milky Way cable car station on the Southern slope is just 100 meters from the hotel, so it will be convenient for tourists to get to the ski trails.

Due to the sharply increased tourist flow this year and the transition of the Arkhyz resort to an all-season format, there is a shortage of accommodation facilities for tourists, especially on holidays, vacation dates and during the ski season. Next year, we expect more than 1.2 million tourists to arrive at Arkhyz resort, not only from different regions of Russia, but also from abroad. Already, guests from near and far abroad come to our resort: Georgia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey. For this reason, hotels of such a level as “Romantic”, meeting high standards of quality and service, are certainly needed by any resort that is actively developing. Moreover, in the next few years, the long-awaited airport will be built and put into operation 45 km away from us. In Cherkessk, due to this, the tourist flow to the region can increase by an order of magnitude.”
